Ans. To prevent contamination of evidence

Ans. Anything tangible or intangible used by the police to prove the crime guilt / innocence of a person

Ans. Direct, Primary, Secondary or Documentary, circumstantial, hearsay, & opinion

Ans. You can see or feel it by touch for eg.Gun

Ans. You can’t see or feel it by touch for eg. Finger print

Ans. Disturbing, removing, adding traces to the scene of crime.

Ans. Hearsay { Rumor }

Ans. no

Ans. To try there as he/she can give information to the police about the crime.
19.   How can you prevent contamination of evidence ?
Ans. Cordoning the crime scene area and not allowing any unauthorized person to enter inside.

Ans. Civil law is the local law ( right a wrong )

Ans. It is the law enforced by the government.

Ans. Assault, theft, robbery, rape, criminal damage, trespass etc.

Ans. Be covering the crime scene area by a plastic sheet or place carton box on the top of evidence.
24.   Will you leave the area where crime has happened without proper reliever?
Ans. No will stand in front of crime scene ( static gurding )
